Food is our passion. Just like good wine and conviviality. When all this is celebrated in an inviting modern ambience, it is simply pure enjoyment. And we offer this to you all day long as part of our pampering package.
In the morning you can help yourself to our varied breakfast buffet, choose egg dishes from the show kitchen and for our active guests we have our own sports corner with everything you need for your fitness. In the afternoon, when you return from your mountain adventures, anyone with a sweet tooth can look forward to the finest cakes and tarts from the in-house patisserie.
The culinary highlight is our four-course evening menu. You choose the main course according to your wishes, enjoy crisp salads and fine starters from the buffet and the icing on the cake are the homemade desserts. We will be happy to advise you on the choice of an accompanying wine and if you have an intolerance or allergy, are vegan or have other needs, we will be happy to accommodate your wishes.
Sustainability is not a hollow term for us: we always make sure to buy from our trusted regional partners and choose dishes that match what the season offers.
Our kitchen team loves to cook local classics, interprets them in a modern and contemporary way and also likes to think outside the box.
