- The above mentioned basic rates are for 2 person per apartment in the Apartment Lilly and 4 person per apartment in the Apartment Mara. Each additional person € 10,- per night.
- Final cleaning: Apartment Lilly € 45, -, Apartment Mara € 70,-
Only written cancellations are valid. General Terms and Conditions of Business for the Hotel Industry. There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the canellation policies acoording to the General Terms and Conditions of Business for the Hotel Industry, (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie) apply to our house:
No later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting party. 5.6. Outside the scope of § 5.5. withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible after payment of the following cancellation fees:
- Up to 90 days before the day of arrival – no fee
- Up to 30 days before the day of arrival date – 40% of the total arrangement price
- Up to 7 days before the arrival date – 70 % of the total arrangement price
- Until the day of arrival – 90% of the total arrangement price
Children in parents' room/suite
- Summer: up to the 5th birthday free of charge, up to the 9th birthday € 81.00, up to the 14th birthday € 108.00 and up to the 17th birthday € 135.00
- Winter: Free up to the 5th birthday, up to the 9th birthday € 81.00, up to the 14th birthday € 108.00 and up to the 17th birthday € 135.00
Dogs (without food) per night € 30,- (only possible on request, for reasons of hygiene, dogs are not allowed in the dining room or breakfast room).
- Check-in: 14 h
- Check-out: 10 h
- Late Check-out: If a room is available, a late check-out can be booked. Per person € 30,- including room, coffee and cake buffet, wellness and bathing facilities.
- Prices per person and night including Matschner’s Premium board included.
- Exclusive overnight tax of € 3.50 per person / night from the 15th birthday.
